3.3. You or your designated representative must be present at the delivery address during the agreed-upon delivery window. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for redelivery.

6.1. Our beds come with a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects. You should keep all receipts and warranty information supplied with your order and goods.

7.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer however caused, as a result of any misuse of the goods, negligence, breach of contract or otherwise over the price of the goods.

7.2 The Seller shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect or consequential loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by the Buyer or any third party, howsoever caused, as a result of any misuse of the goods, negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise.
