RSB Furniture is a trading name of I.M.A Furniture Trading Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

1. Ordering and Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

1.2

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

1.3

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

2. Pricing

2.1

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

2.2

I.M.A Furniture Trading Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

3. Delivery

3.1

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe but are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

3.2

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are additional to the product price.

3.3

You or your representative must be present at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window. Failed deliveries may result in additional redelivery charges.

3.4

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, available on our website.

4.2

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

4.3

Custom-made or bespoke products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, variations in colour, fabric, finish, or design may occur. We reserve the right to make changes without notice.

6. Warranty

6.1

Our beds come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated.

6.2

You must retain proof of purchase and warranty documentation.

6.3

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper assembly or maintenance

  • Unauthorised repairs or alterations

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Liability

7.1

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

7.2

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I.M.A Furniture Trading Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits, business, or revenue

  • Loss arising from misuse or improper use of goods

7.3

Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.
