RSB Furniture Ltd – 5-Year Trade Warranty

1. Overview

RSB Furniture Ltd stands behind the quality and durability of our products.
This 5-Year Trade Warranty applies exclusively to furniture supplied to trade customers including landlords, hotels, guest houses, B&Bs, and HMO operators.

Our aim is to provide lasting value and peace of mind, ensuring that every product performs as expected under normal commercial use.


2. Warranty Coverage

For a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery, RSB Furniture Ltd warrants that our furniture products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

If a defect arises during this period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item,

  • Replace the item (with the same or an equivalent model), or

  • Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.


3. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Structural integrity of frames and fixings.

  • Manufacturing or material defects in joints, legs, arms, or bases.

  • Defects in workmanship under normal, intended commercial use.


4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear, fading, or softening of materials over time.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning or use of unsuitable cleaning products.

  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or alterations.

  • Changes in the appearance of wood or fabrics due to natural variation.

  • Products that have not been properly assembled, installed, or maintained.

For upholstered or fabric-covered products, this warranty does not cover:

  • Stains, spills, or odours.

  • Fabric or leather discolouration due to sunlight, heat, or cleaning agents.


5. Conditions of Warranty

To be eligible for this warranty:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from RSB Furniture Ltd or an authorised distributor.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note) must be provided.

  • The product must have been used for its intended purpose within a commercial hospitality or rental setting.

  • The product must not have been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than RSB Furniture Ltd or its approved representatives.

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK law.
RSB Furniture Ltd’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.
We do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses, such as business interruption, loss of earnings, or inconvenience.
