Your refund is processed back through Klarna. Once we confirm the refund, Klarna will cancel or adjust your remaining instalments and refund anything you have already paid. Instalments that fall due before the refund completes should still be paid to avoid late fees; Klarna will refund these once the return is processed.What if I miss a payment? Klarna will try to collect the payment again and may add the missed amount to your next scheduled payment. Late fees may apply under Klarna's terms, and Buy Now Pay Later borrowing is reported to credit reference agencies, so missed payments may affect your credit file.
